Dear Partners,

As change is a part of life and as our progress depends on our ability to be in touch with the needs of our stakeholders, we, at JALCo have decided to take on a much more streamlined approach, whereby our corporate structure has to allow for a faster turnaround time and quicker responses to clients. At this time, Mr. Ziad Abu Ain, has decided to step down as General Manager as of Feb. 1st, 2016. While we wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors, we assure all our partners, friends, colleagues, and stakeholders of our commitment to providing a better service and remain, as always, open to new partnerships and ideas.

In our quest to adhere to best Corporate Governance and transparency protocols, the Board of Directors had decided to expand itself to include two new members as of January 1st 2016 , one of whom is an Independent Director, which will enhance proper oversight and aid in the decision making process at JALCo.
