Along with our services in aero engine MRO, Jordan Airmotive has developed its facilities and team to offer a number of specialized and technical services. Building up the foundations of engine maintenance and the demands of the industry, we are capable of providing the following:
Engine Borescope This high demand service is continuously required by many air operators and customers. This is accomplished according to international and European sets of standards, and by qualified personnel.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
A set of advanced testing methods of engine parts surface properties that are performed without any damages through the use of the following NDT methods carried out to the international NAS 410 or EN 4179 standards:
• Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) • Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) • Ultrasonic Testing (UT) • Automated Eddy Current (ED)
Shot Peening A surface metal treatment carried out to the standards and specifications approved by American Welding Society (AWS) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other regulatory authorities.
Plasma Spraying
This surface treatment and coating method is performed on certain engine components in accordance with the reputable AWS and ISO standards.
Welding Services
This in-house functionality is performed meeting the specifications of Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ). Four methods are used in support of engine repairs requirements which are aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy and Inconel.
Cleaning We are capable of implementing a number of techniques to clean engines and components in our cleaning area.
