Jordan Airmotive and SWISS: A Business Relationship Starting on a High-Note

Starting the new business relationship on a high note, Jordan Airmotive announced the delivery of five CFM56-5B engines to Swiss International Air Lines Ltd (SWISS).

With the delivery of these five engines to SWISS, Jordan Airmotive is halfway through the contract term fulfilling its commitments towards SWISS as per the repair management agreement signed.

“We are very satisfied with the tailor-made work Jordan Airmotive has accomplished for SWISS during the ambitious ramp-up of the A320 fleet following the Covid-19 crisis, “said Mr. Matthias Schmidhauser, Head of MRO Service Procurement Engines of SWISS. “Having a partner at the same base where our aircraft are maintained gives us the opportunity to utilize longer ground times for tailor-made engine maintenance,” he added.
